Forces to round weight

I downloaded this app but decided not to use it almost immediately. It does not allow you to enter partial lbs (ie. 145.5) at all. You have to round up or down to the nearest whole number. I also experiences trouble on the very first screen with the keyboard covering up the area I was typing into and with the orientation not fitting the screen. I am using an iPhone 5.
